Hi Daniel,Sorry you are having trouble with this.This is a much better question for the team at Avid because it concerns their brand new plug-in bundle. I'm sure there is an installation/authorization process that needs to be completed and they should be able to walk you through that. There could also be limitations and the specs on the plugins that may make it incompatible with PTEX.
