Hi Guys,would like some help with windows photo viewer. I received a picture from a client who is unable to print the picture as she wants to scan it into PDF format. I told her to send it to me saying i would do it for her, now the picture is JPEG format but every time i try to print it comes up with an error: windows cant find this picture check the location. Now i saved the file to my PC but it still says it cannot find this picture.when i googled this issue i see it happens generally with file formats that aren't supported by windows photo viewer however the format it is in is supported.does anyone know of any solutions i can try in order to get it to print?(Note: i cheated and used windows snipping tool and printed the snip but my boss wants me to find a solution not a way around the problem).
